Terms of the Sale: The successful bidder will sign a purchase contract and Agency Disclosure at the conclusion of the auction. 15% will be required in the form of a personal, corporate or business check payable to Warner Real Estate to hold in their trust account. The balance will be due in the form of certified funds at closing, which will be on or before June 26, 2015. Seller will provide marketable title to the Buyer, evidenced by a policy of title insurance.
